  • William A. Linton - Chairman of the Board

    William A. Linton founded the Promega Corporation, a leading life sciences company, in 1978 and has served as President and CEO, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors since that time. Currently, Bill serves as a Director for Bruker BioSciences and Analytical & Life Science Systems Association and also as an Executive Committee Member for the Wisconsin Technology Council.

  • Laura Francis - Member of the Board

    Laura Francis is the VP of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer for the Promega Corporation. Laura joined Promega from Bruker BioSciences, where she also served as Chief Financial Officer. She has held the same position at Hypercosm and was an auditor for Ernst & Young. Laura earned a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

  • Ashley Anderson, M.D. - Member of the Board

    Dr. Ashley Anderson is currently the Chief Medical Officer for the Promega Corporation. Ashley has worked as a practicing physician, specializing in head and neck surgery for more than 20 years. He served as instructor for the Administrative Medicine Program at the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he taught Human Resource Management. After earning a degree in Administrative Medicine and Population Management Ashley became Co-Director of the program. In addition, Ashley was elected Chairman of the Physicians Plus Medical Group Board of Directors in 1998 and successfully managed the growth of the company to 250 physicians with annual revenues of about $200M.

  • Craig J. Christianson, J.D., M.S. - Member of the Board

    Craig Christianson is the Chief Legal Counsel for Promega Corporation. Prior to this he served as the Director of Licensing for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, the patent management and licensing organization of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. As Director of Licensing he manages a proactive team responsible for the marketing, licensing and monitoring of technologies developed by UW researchers. Prior to joining WARF, Mr. Christianson spent 14 years at IBM in various sales, management, program management and executive positions. Afterwards he led two technology startup companies to the stage of profitability. Mr. Christianson has earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering, J.D. Law and M.S. in Biotechnology all from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
