How it Works

Comprehensive Inventory Management in 3 Simple Steps

1 Secure Access

Once the desired items are properly tagged and placed in the ULT RFID Freezer, pre-authorized users can access the enclosure by placing their badge to the pass reader.

2 Real-time Tracking

Once the door to the ULT RFID Freezer is securely shut a scan of the inventory is performed. Whether the user adds or removes an item, the system automatically tracks the transaction in real-time.

3 Jetstream

This recorded encrypted transaction is then transferred via Jetstream, our cloud-based platform which can be easily integrated into your existing SAPs and inventory management workflows. You may not have an inventory management software, but guess what? We do! Stratosphere is the easy-to-use, yet powerful software that allows you to connect to all of your devices so that you can knownow.

RAIN RFID & Our Process

RAIN RFID, or Ultra-High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification technology, has an extremely high read range compared to both LF and HF RFID tags. This makes RAIN RFID the ideal solution when tracking multiple products at one time is necessary, such as large boxes full of product that is passing through a space, or a freezer full of inventory. Better understanding this technology enables you to make an informed decision and, when you partner with us, our support doesn’t end here. From discovery to roll-out, we will be there every step of the way to ensure a successful implementation of this cutting-edge technology. Think of us as an extension of your team.

Case Study
Reston Hospital Reduces Loss & Achieves Compliance

Reston Hospital, located in Reston, Virginia, found that it’s process of manually tracking tissue grafts resulted in roughly $200,000 in write-offs and made establishing regulation compliance difficult. With the integration of our RFID-enabled enclosures with UDITracker Software from Champion, Reston Hospital reduced product loss, allowed for regulatory compliance, which in turn improved patient safety and decreased liability.
