Joe Pleshek is the President and CEO of Terso Solutions. Since joining Terso in 2007 he has overseen rapid growth for the company providing overall strategic direction and financial management for the business, as well as managing day-to-day operations. He has worked closely with Terso’s clients in the healthcare and life science markets to drive business value through Terso’s RFID-enabled inventory management solutions.
Prior to joining Terso, Joe held several sales, marketing, and general management positions at Appleton Papers. Most recently he managed an acquisition for Appleton that was based in the United Kingdom. During the time, Joe led the company’s development of a RFID tag converting line which provided a new business revenue stream for the company. Joe also worked at 3M Corporation where he expanded his new business development skills by introducing several new product and service offerings.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
Jason Rosemurgy is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Terso Solutions. He is responsible for all new business development, customer satisfaction, and partnership initiatives for Terso. Jason has strengthened the management team at Terso through his exceptional leadership abilities, as well as his strength and experience in account management and new business development.
Prior to joining Terso in 2009, Jason personally owned and operated a business enterprise, and was responsible for the day-to-day operations and all aspects of profitability with over $42 million in annual revenues. During this time, Jason led the company to exponential increases in both sales volumes and revenues.
Prior to joining the Terso team, Jason served as a client representative for IBM/Lexmark, and was recognized for numerous sales and leadership initiatives. Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
Nathan Pleshek is the Senior Director of Client Services at Terso Solutions. He is responsible for pre-sales engineering, customer service, and technical support. Nathan always has a positive “can-do” attitude and exemplifies a customer-focused approach.
Prior to joining Terso in 2007, Nathan worked for Appleton Papers and a family business. Working for a family business developed his business skills and work ethic. While working Appleton Papers allowed him to master technical disciplines including IT infrastructure, virtualization, and business continuity. Through his career he has developed an entrepreneurial spirit and a unique set of skills that blend his business and technical experience.
Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information systems from Fox Valley Technical College.
Matt Tourdot is Sr. Director of Product Management at Terso Solutions. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the product design process and project implementation including roll out of new products. Matt is passionate about solving our customer’s business challenges through innovative new products.
Prior to joining Terso, Matt gained valuable experience in product design, product management and new product development while working in key management roles within prominent, Wisconsin-based manufacturing companies. Most recently, Matt served as Vice President of Product Innovation and Product Management at Spacesaver Corporation leading the development and launch of dozens of new products during his tenure.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Dr. Ashley Anderson has been a member of the Terso Solutions board of directors for the past twelve years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He received his postgraduate training at Northwestern University and the University Wisconsin, and is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He holds a master’s degree in Preventive Medicine and Population Health Science, and is currently a clinical professor of surgery at the University of Wisconsin.
He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Promega Corporation, a global biotechnology company based in Madison, Wisconsin—a position he has held for the past ten years. Prior to that, while practicing medicine, he served as chairman of the board of directors for a large multi-specialty clinic. He also chaired the board of directors for a provider-owned insurance company for twelve years, and has served on numerous non-profit boards of directors.
