I hope this finds you and your loved ones safe and well.

The past several weeks has brought about unfathomable change and many serious challenges to us as individuals, our families, our businesses and our society. The global COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives forever. As we band together to wage war against this invisible enemy, I am incredibly inspired and humbled by the efforts of so many individuals and companies including: first responders, doctors, nurses, hospital and nursing home staff, mass transit workers, small business owners, medical device and molecular diagnostic manufacturers, food producers, grocery and retail store workers. There is no shortage of everyday heroes during this unprecedented time.

On behalf of everyone at Terso I say thank you. Thank you for all that you are doing to win this war and help us to become stronger in order to face our future opportunities and challenges. We are grateful for your dedication, passion and resourcefulness.

I am incredibly proud of Terso’s employees who have rapidly adjusted their work practices to ensure the safety of themselves, their families and the community. As a company, we continue to supply our customers and partners with inventory visibility solutions. Over the past few weeks we have developed new solutions that address PPE specific inventory workflows. These solutions focus on securing these valuable PPE assets and quickly deploying them where they are needed most. We are trying to do our small part with respect, empathy and compassion. We understand that the situation is changing rapidly, and it seems like no two days are the same. As things are evolving and new evidence comes to light, we are steadily working to create and reinvent solutions with our partners and those on the frontlines in mind.

In addition to our efforts to increase support for our customers and hospital staff, our parent company, Promega Corporation, is playing a large role in the greater effort. Promega supports scientists who work to understand the molecular mechanisms by which viruses infect humans and animals and helps them develop accurate detection tests. The company has significantly scaled up production capacity to supply PCR reagents for COVID-19 testing systems globally.

While we face an uncertain future, we face it together. Seeing the collaboration and compassion from so many individuals and businesses gives me great hope and confidence in a brighter and stronger future. Best wishes to you all from Terso.

With Gratitude,

Joe Pleshek
