Terso Solutions is a fast growing RAIN RFID sensor and Internet of Things platform provider that enables people to conquer the unruly beast of inventory management. Terso provides solutions for tracking high-value medical and scientific products in the healthcare and life science fields.

Terso needs a Technician to join as a crucial team member to our production/manufacturing department.  If you have a passion for innovative technology and yearn to work for one of Wisconsin’s “Best Places to Work”, then this is the place for you. 

This is an experienced Production/Manufacturing Technician position, and we are looking for someone who:

* Prior experience in medical device assembly, troubleshooting and manufacturing a plus.

  • Can perform routine fabrication, assembly, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, and testing of mechanical components, apparatus, and equipment.
  • Ability to complete production order and protocol documentation accurately.
  • Participates in QA process with final testing and quality issues.
  • Assist in ensuring that build protocols and procedures are highly reliable and repeatable to produce zero defects in units.
  • Has a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Has experience providing professional communication via email, phone, and in person.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three to four years of relevant experience in manufacturing electro / mechanical equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possesses a clean driver’s license on a background check.
  • Ability to operate a 26’ box truck safely.
  • Skilled in building and troubleshooting computer-controlled electro-mechanical assemblies and systems (preferably laboratory equipment).
  • Skilled with basic hand and power tools (e.g. soldering iron, drill and taps, DVM, static straps, torque drivers, crimpers, pin extractors).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience in mechanical testing.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the fabrication of mechanical components.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
