Terso Solutions is a fast growing local company, based out of Madison, Wisconsin.  We make revolutionary, premium products using the latest advancements in RFID technology. Terso is searching for a Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations to join as a crucial team member to our Management Team.  This position will head the Manufacturing and Production teams.  This role sets operations, manufacturing, and supply chain strategy to ensure attainment of financial and strategic goals.  We are looking for apro-active, energetic, self-assured professional with high personal integrity and ability to develop good interpersonal relationships

This is an executive level position, and this person would do the following:

  • Provides technical and managerial leadership in all areas of responsibility.
  • Facilitates decision-making, resolves conflicts and builds/optimizes cross-functional team efforts to assure that all manufacturing and corporate objectives are met.
  • Ensures that standards for product quality, manufacturing costs and throughput, equipment and operator performance, employee safety and housekeeping standards are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize efficiency.
  • Develops departmental goals that support the strategic goals of Operations and the entire company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience
  • Proven managerial abilities in a growing and fast-paced environment where influencing and negotiating skills were essential for success.
  • Deep knowledge of and demonstrated success using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques to optimize operations and eliminate waste.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% including internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an electronics assembly facility.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment including: ISO9001, ISO13485, and/or 21 CFR Part 820.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills and a demonstrated ability and desire to share experience and knowledge with staff.

JOB TITLE:                  Microsoft Dynamics Developer

JOB OBJECTIVE:         Microsoft Dynamics Developer has the primary responsibility for management and development of Terso’s business systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.


  1. Manage day to day needs in Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV.
  2. Create and develop solutions in business systems to support or enforce processes.
  3. Provide advice, support and assistance to internal and external clients in the development and delivery of business process improvement.
  1. Implement significant and major change projects and system related training.
  2. Carry out routine auditing, monitoring, testing, maintenance and ongoing fault rectification of the system’s environments, services, functions, data, security and integrations to other ICT systems.
  3. Provide technical support for business systems to internal users.
  4. Develop and maintain system administration documentation, test procedures and outcomes and knowledge base articles to a level that enables system and service continuity.
  5. Provide security audits, analysis, and recommendations for Terso’s IT systems.
  6. Drive internal and vendor teams to deliver innovative solutions that will continue to positively differentiate Terso business offerings.
  7. Develop and foster trusted relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate effectively, demonstrate leadership presence and lead through positive influence and negotiation.

  12. Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business and the role.


  1. Lead and/or work with multiple departments on special projects as assigned.
  2. Provide on call support for Terso IT systems.


  1. 4 year degree from an accredited university.
  1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in NAV or CRM  development and/or management.
  2. Experience in effectively working independently and within multi-discipline teams.
  1. Strong customer service skills.
  2. Must be a team player who can collaborate well across disciplines.


  1. Significant prior hands on system configuration and development in Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV.
  1. Strong practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure services.
  2. Experience participating in vendor platform evaluations, including vendor engagement, criteria and scorecard development.
  3. Strong experience determining and addressing non-functional requirements, response times, availability, performance throughout and scalability.


  1. Able to communicate by phone and electronic mail.
  1. Ability to work long periods of time at a desk and sitting.
